The message of congratulations says:
“Dear countrymen!
I sincerely congratulate you – the citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan and our compatriots living in different parts of the world on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, symbol of unity and solidarity and wish each one of you all the best.
The Eid al-Adha ceremonies embody the perfection of Islam as a religion and the true path bestowed on mankind. Offering sacrifices in the name of Allah, most Muslims experience the joy of being close to the Almighty, and demonstate readiness for good deeeds.
Eid al-Adha is a holiday of humanism, mercy and charity. The Eid al-Adha ceremonies, which are held with a great joy every year, invite people to the peace and demonstrate the triumph of national and moral solidarity, humanism and fraternity. Many charity events are held in our country these days and every Muslim helps the needy people.
