The 51 groups within 25 circles work at the Ecological Education Centre founded in 1987. 765 pupils were involved in these groups and 29 teachers are engaged in their education. Along with the rich booths of the Centre established in a number of village secondary schools and in Aralig, Charchiboghan, M. Mehrab, Mughanli villages, the centre also has educational experiment field. The flower seedlings cultivated in the floriculture field (greenhouse) of 180 square metres located in the area of Jalilkand school provide the region with flowers.
