The Children – Youth Activities Centre of the Region started working as Pioneers’ House in 1953. The basic activity directions of the institution are to arrange leisure time of pupils after school hours efficiently, to discover talented children in music, dance, drawing, etc. fields, as well as to hold systematic work with them in these fields.
