Mingachevir City Children – Youth Chess School has been working since 1986. The building of school has been highly-level repaired in a modern design on the initiation of the president Ilham Aliyev in 2011. All rooms at school were supplied with computers, as well as the school was provided with four electronic chess boards and a large screen LCD – I television was installed there.
