The Children and Youth Activities Centre № 25 named after Ch. Mustafayev was founded in 1970 previously it was named as “Pioneers’ and Pupils’ House of Nasimi District”. Since 1992 it was named after National Hero Chingiz Mustafayev and 17 circles work at the Centre:
