The Technical Activities Centre of Shaki City has been working since 1969. Taking into consideration of the interests, tendency and abilities of the children, teenagers and youth the main activity of the non-scholastic institution is to provide convenient, sensible conditions in order to develop their creation abilities. In 2011-2012 1500 pupils were involved into the circles encompassing 100 groups. 74 head of circles are engaged in additional education of 1500 pupils.
