“Every nation thinking of future on bringing up the youth it is one of the strategic issues of each world wide country or people or it’s very likely to be the most significant problem”. These words were mentioned by Irada Yaqubova, the director of “ELS” Independent Investigations Centre at the event organized within the framework of theme “strategic role of culture in civil society formation” carried out with the financial support of the State Support Council for NG0s under the President of the Azerbaijan Republic on 20 September at the International Press Centre.

Azerbaijan`s first lady, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva and vice-president of the Foundation Leyla Aliyeva have today inaugurated the kindergartens No 27 and No 325 in Yasamal District in Baku, APA reports.
Azerbaijan`s first lady was informed about the reconstruction work in the kindergartens.
As was informed, the kindergarten No 27 was built in the early 20th century. There is a total of 80 children in the kindergarten.
The facility has gyms, music and dance halls and a medical point. All conditions have been created here for the children.
